Kolene Corporation announced in November 2010 that Atotech USA (Rock Hill, South Carolina) will assume worldwide sales and distribution responsibilities for the Company's RecoverŽ chemicals. The new agreement applies to the Recover 5000 series of low-temperature chemical formulations developed by KoleneŽ for removing paint and other organic coatings from high-value parts and assemblies.

The Company also noted that this new arrangement has no impact on the contract paint-removal service utilizing RecoverŽ products now operated at its Detroit facility. Kolene will continue to directly serve existing RecoverŽ customers in North America while also providing custom-engineered process equipment for use with RecoverŽ chemical products sold by Atotech.
